    Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want every installation and purchase to meet your expectations.

    This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or credits may be issued.

    1. Deposits

    • A deposit may be required to schedule installation or secure materials.
       
    • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun, as they cover preparation and setup costs.
       
    • If you cancel before materials are ordered or installation has started, your deposit may be refunded in full at our discretion.
       

    2. Service Cancellations

    If you need to cancel or reschedule:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation may be eligible for a full refund (if no materials have been purchased).
       
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of installation may be subject to a service fee or partial refund, depending on project progress.
       
    • Cancellations after installation has started are not eligible for a refund.
       

    3. Completed Installations

    Once a lighting system has been installed and approved by the customer:

    • All sales are final.
       
    • Refunds are not available for completed installations or custom work.
       
    • If you experience issues with your system, please contact us — we’ll gladly inspect and repair covered issues under our warranty policy.
       

    4. Product Issues or Defects

    If you receive a defective or damaged lighting component:

    • Please notify us within 7 days of installation or delivery.
       
    • We will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you, provided the damage was not caused by misuse or external factors (e.g., storms, tampering, or power surges).
       

    5. Refund Processing

    If a refund is approved:

    • It will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
       
    • You’ll receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
       

    6. Warranty and Support

    CMBulbs provides a limited warranty on labor and materials.
    This warranty ensures that we will repair or replace faulty components due to workmanship or product defects within the warranty period.
    Please review your installation agreement for specific warranty details.
